Payment & Pricing Policy
Payment & Pricing Policy
Effective / Last Updated: August 17, 2026
This Payment & Pricing Policy explains how CDubz DeZigns handles website pricing, payments, custom quotes and invoices, applicable taxes and fees, payment issues, and payment arrangements for Boutique Experiences. Order-specific terms included in a quote, invoice, approval, booking confirmation, or written agreement will control for that transaction to the extent of the difference, subject to applicable law.
1. Website Prices and Currency
Product and service prices are shown in the currency displayed on the CDubz DeZigns website or at checkout. Prices may change as products, materials, supplier costs, service packages, or business operations change, unless a price has already been confirmed for an accepted order or booking under applicable order-specific terms.
The price shown for a product or service does not necessarily include shipping, delivery, travel, taxes, customization charges, rush fees, or other order-specific costs unless those amounts are expressly stated as included.
2. Standard Website Checkout
Standard website orders are paid through the payment methods made available at checkout. Available payment methods may vary based on Shopify, the payment provider, the customer location, transaction amount, or other payment-processing requirements.
An order may not move forward until the required payment has been successfully authorized or completed. A payment confirmation does not prevent CDubz DeZigns from addressing a pricing error, unavailable item, suspected fraud, or another issue that may require an order to be modified, declined, or cancelled under the Terms of Service.
3. Payment Processing and Security
Website payments are processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers. CDubz DeZigns does not ask customers to send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials through email, contact forms, social-media messages, or custom-order inquiry forms.
Payment providers may apply their own authorization, verification, fraud-prevention, or account-security procedures. Any temporary authorization hold, payment-provider review, or bank processing delay is generally controlled by the applicable financial institution or payment provider.
4. Declined, Failed, or Incomplete Payments
If a payment is declined, fails, remains incomplete, or cannot be verified, the order, production work, shipment, or booking may be placed on hold until the payment issue is resolved. Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider directly when the issue originates with that provider.
CDubz DeZigns is not responsible for bank fees, overdraft fees, card-issuer charges, or other financial-institution fees that may result from a declined or unsuccessful transaction.
5. Taxes and Government-Imposed Charges
Applicable sales tax or similar transaction taxes may be calculated and collected when required based on the order, customer location, delivery location, product or service, and applicable law. The amount displayed at checkout or on an invoice may therefore differ from a listed base price when tax applies.
Customers remain responsible for any tax or government-imposed obligation that legally applies to them and is not collected by CDubz DeZigns at the time of the transaction.
6. Custom Apparel Quotes and Invoices
Custom apparel pricing may depend on garment style, brand, size range, color, quantity, artwork requirements, print size and placement, design preparation, specialty materials, production needs, packaging, shipping, and other order-specific factors. Submitting a custom apparel inquiry does not establish a final price or create an accepted order.
When CDubz DeZigns provides a quote or invoice, the customer should review the scope, quantities, garment details, pricing, payment requirements, shipping or pickup terms, and other included charges before approving or paying. A requested change to the order may require a revised quote, invoice, production schedule, or additional payment.
7. Bulk and Specialty Orders
Bulk, specialty, or unusually large custom orders may use payment arrangements different from standard website checkout. Depending on the order, CDubz DeZigns may require an upfront payment, partial payment, deposit, retainer, installment, or remaining balance before sourcing materials, beginning production, releasing completed merchandise, or shipping the order.
Shipping, delivery, special sourcing, or other costs for bulk and custom orders may be quoted separately rather than calculated through standard website checkout. The applicable quote or invoice will identify the payment arrangement for that order.
8. Boutique Experience Payments
Boutique Experience bookings may require a retainer, deposit, partial payment, installment, remaining balance, travel payment, or other booking-specific payment arrangement. The exact amount, due dates, refundability, rescheduling treatment, and accepted payment method will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or agreement.
Submitting an Experience inquiry or discussing an event date does not reserve the date. A date is considered reserved only after CDubz DeZigns has confirmed the booking and the customer has completed the applicable payment and booking requirements.
9. Payment Due Dates and Production or Booking Holds
Customers are responsible for completing required payments by the due dates stated in the applicable checkout, quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or agreement. CDubz DeZigns may delay sourcing, production, shipment, setup, or other work when a required payment has not been received or cleared.
A delayed payment may affect an estimated completion date, event preparation, product availability, travel arrangements, or the ability to maintain an originally discussed schedule. Any cancellation or rescheduling consequences will be governed by the applicable policy and order-specific terms.
10. Price Changes After Customer-Requested Revisions
Changes requested after a quote, proof, garment selection, order specification, or booking detail has been approved may change the total price. Examples include quantity changes, garment upgrades, additional print locations, replacement artwork, additional design work, expedited requests, shipping changes, travel changes, or added Experience requirements.
When a requested revision creates an additional charge, CDubz DeZigns may require approval and payment of the revised amount before continuing with the affected work.
11. Pricing, Listing, and Calculation Errors
CDubz DeZigns may correct typographical errors, incorrect prices, duplicate discounts, calculation errors, inaccurate product or package information, technical errors, or other unintended website or invoice mistakes. If a material pricing error affects an order that has already been submitted, CDubz DeZigns may contact the customer with corrected options before proceeding.
If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled at an erroneously displayed price and the customer does not accept the corrected terms, the affected order or portion may be cancelled and any applicable payment for that cancelled portion will be refunded according to the payment method and applicable policies.
12. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Special Pricing
Promotions, discount codes, special offers, package pricing, and limited-time pricing may be subject to stated eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product or service exclusions, minimum purchases, availability limits, or other promotional terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional pricing is not guaranteed for a future order merely because it was previously displayed or offered.
Discounts generally apply only when successfully entered or otherwise applied to the eligible transaction. CDubz DeZigns may correct or decline a discount that was applied because of a technical error, misuse, expired offer, or failure to satisfy the stated promotional terms.
13. Refunds and Payment Reversals
Whether a refund is available is governed by the Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy, Order Cancellation & Changes Policy, Boutique Experiences Booking, Cancellation & Travel Policy, and any applicable order-specific terms. This Payment & Pricing Policy does not create an additional right to cancel or obtain a refund.
Once CDubz DeZigns issues an approved refund, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on Shopify, the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution and is outside CDubz DeZigns' direct control.
14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers who believe a charge is incorrect should contact CDubz DeZigns through an official customer-service method so the transaction can be reviewed. Customers should also follow any deadlines or procedures required by their bank or payment provider.
CDubz DeZigns may provide order records, approvals, shipping records, communications, invoices, booking terms, or other relevant transaction documentation to a payment provider when responding to a payment dispute, suspected fraud, or chargeback, as permitted by applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to This Policy
CDubz DeZigns may update this Payment & Pricing Policy as payment methods, Shopify features, pricing practices, tax requirements, products, services, or business operations change. The effective or last-updated date should be revised when material changes are published.
16. Questions
Questions about a website charge, custom quote, invoice, Boutique Experience payment, or this policy may be submitted through the CDubz DeZigns website contact method or the customer-service contact information provided on the website. Customers should include the applicable order number, invoice reference, or booking information when available, but should not send full payment-card numbers or security codes.
